![]() ![]() When I try to add a music folder via Another folder or a drive connected to my computer, the error still says //Computer/Music is no longer available, not F:\Audio\Music Right now I do not have any music library folders. I find it amusing that I can be playing music from the folder that the update can't find. Then it went back to failing every time i tried fairly instantly again. I thought everything was great, as it started indexing the 5k files that I added and it was running for over an hour, then failed. I turned off SMB v1 and ran the powershell command to turn on SMB v2. I expected to be able to add in dozen artists at a time, and then Update Music Library Now to get the library all entered, but when I do I receive the same error. So I thought Music was too large of a collection and I moved all but one other artist out and added the //PCName/Music folder, which I also could play the music from. I was able to add '//PCName/Music/Artest/' which had subfoldersfolders for each album which worked and I could play the songs from it. The device where the music files are stored may not be powered on, or the path may have been changed. I tried to add my Music folder as either a shared folder or a drive letter, and either way received this error: '//PCName/Music' is no longer available. I have a Seagate (STEB8000100) Expansion Desktop 8TB External Hard Drive HDD – USB 3.0 for PC Laptop that I hooked up to my PC via USB3 port and moved my local library of music from the failing hard drive onto it. I have upgraded to the latest software on both the PC and iOS app. I am using the system, so it is not missing, nor asleep. I recently upgraded to a BGW210-700 ATT Fiber router. Using Sonos2 with Windows 10 Home and/or the iOS app. I have not been using local music for a while due to a faulty hard drive. ![]()
